GYMKHANA POINTS DAY (Members Only)

Because of having Presentation as one of the events, we are
running the setup on Saturday afternoon at 2pm.
Each rider/family MUST provide a helper for
this setup if they wish to ride at the Points day. They must sign on and
put the rider's name beside their name at the setup.
If there is a legitimate reason for not attending setup, they must provide a
penciller for the day on Sunday AND commit to packup in the afternoon.
All riders/parents/guardians must be involved in the pack up Sunday
afternoon. The office and canteen need packing up as well as the riding
equipment.
It will cost $5 per rider.
We will require 8 pencillers (and will not start the event until the pencillers
are accounted for) and helpers in the Canteen for Laurelle. We cannot run
these events without helpers.
I have a child riding at the points day and Laurelle's daughter is a rider as
well, so we expect consideration from all members regarding this. Please
provide helpers all day and consider your fellow members.
Many thanks
Dezlee Masters

Gear check will be mounted. Riders are to walk their horse to the meeting point for their Group and wait to be gear checked.
If you are not gear checked prior to the start of the first session you will not be able to ride in that session and will be expected to help out in that group (unmounted) and to join the group in the next session after being gearchecked.
No gear check will take place once a session is underway.
